Building Projects

My business philosophy is no different then my life philosophy...

Build it so it works beyond all expectations...
Build it so it sync's with mother natures rhythms...
Build it so it reminds you of perfect stillness...
Build it so it spawns the need of a creative bug within...
Build it so it keeps the elements closed out and yet opened in...

I choose triangle when possible over squares.
I choose polyhedral moments over cubical.
I choose tension and joints over more glue and nails.
I choose a non conforming tradition over plainness.
I choose to make it stronger and last longer then cheaper and just enough.

If you are looking for a space that taps, hones, sings, renews, and blends the states of life with style, spirit , and brings the old world with the new, then we might have something for you..

Enter Project Pagoda
Phase-1 Subfloor- beam system is modeled after a mathematics model called a Sierpinski gasket, which utilizes triple 2x8 PT on main spans, and secondary intermediate spans are single 2x8 PT. Which distributes load more evenly thus reducing the springing action in the joists.

Phase 2
(Project Pagoda-This [sub-floor] layer of the design is a slight cantilevered clockwise lapped herringbone joist system; using 2x6 PT with 12" center for cedar 5/4 decking.)
